SEARCHING FOR VIDEOS IN CLICKVIEW AT SCHOOL:

You can search for ClickView videos in the library catalogue or directly in ClickView (click on the ClickView icon on your desktop or notebook computer at school). You can search ClickView by keyword or, alternatively, go to the KLA folder and browse by category.

CLICKVIEW ONLINE  allows you to watch ClickView videos at home and outside school.

To register for ClickView Online:

1. Go to http://online.clickview.com.au/SignIn?returnUrl=%2F
2. Enter your username (it’s your school email address) and password (your password has been sent to your school email address. During your first sign in to ClickView Online you will be asked for this password and then prompted to change your password).

Here’s step-by-step instructions on how to insert a ClickView film (or part of) into your presentation:

1. Open ClickView and find the video needed.
2. Click Chapter.
3. Right click and select ‘Publish to PowerPoint/Intranet’.
4. Move orange arrows to select required section of video.
5. Then select ‘PowerPoint’ in the Quality option. Click ‘Ok’ and save to your documents or USB.
6. Go to your PowerPoint document:

• Go to ‘Insert’
  • Select ‘Movies & Sounds’
  • ‘Movie from file’
  • Select file (eg. Chapter 1.wmv)
  • Click ‘Ok’
  • Select choice – usually ‘when clicked’
  • Double click to play it in your presentation.
